Officer Galinger was fatally struck by a hit and run driver

SGT. JOHN MICHAEL SULLIVAN

Sgt. John Sullivan of Hixson, Tennessee died on Dec. 30, 2006 when his humvee was struck by a roadside bomb in Iraq. He volunteered for the patrol that claimed his life when a fellow soldier got sick. He was 22 years old and scheduled to leave Iraq just days after he was killed to see his newborn son. John gave his all for his country the day before his son was born.

HCSO RESERVE FUND

We proudly support the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office Reserve Fund. This fund supplements the regular budget process by helping equip our local reserve deputy program with additional funding for tools and resources to help keep our community safe.  

SHEEP DOG IMPACT ASSISTANCE

Sheep Dog Impact Assistance provides service opportunities and outdoor adventures to engage, assist and empower the men and women who protect society -- our "Sheep Dogs". SDIA's national volunteer staff supports members of the military, fire & rescue, EMS and law enforcement.
